This toolkit was created with input from school nutrition staff in several Midwest states, including Illinois. It includes everything needed to start a share table, including essential information and tips on preventing foodborne illness, working with health departments, communicating with staff, promoting share tables to students and caregivers, and evaluating your program. Resources are also included to support your work, including templates, signage, food safety process flows, and more.

Use this survey to learn about your employees' preferences for recognition. You may also use this as a guide to creating your own survey if some of the questions don’t apply, or you want to add more answer options.
